Questions
Is my file really not uploaded?
Yes. PDFPane runs entirely inside your browser: opening, filling and signing work even with Wi-Fi switched off. When a free download is counted, PDFPane sends a Google sign-in token and nothing else — never the file.
Why do free downloads need a Google sign-in?
So that three a month means three a month. Google tells PDFPane your account number — not your e-mail, not your name — and we keep only a scrambled form of it next to the count. With Unlimited nothing is counted any more.
Does it work on scanned PDFs and PDFs without form fields?
Yes. Click anywhere on the page to type, tick or cross boxes, add the date, and place your signature.
What about password-protected PDFs?
Type the password and the file opens — the password is checked on your computer. When you download, you choose whether the copy keeps the same password.
Which characters can I type?
Latin, Cyrillic and Greek, with accents — including in form fields, where many tools print blanks.
How do I pay?
By card. Card payments open shortly; until then PDFPane is free with 3 downloads a month. After paying, Unlimited is attached to your Google account and PDFPane switches by itself — nothing to copy or type.
